Selecting a specific option will allow us to select products more precisely, but if you are doing a loose project, select the first option.
Completing the previous checklist, enter if it must be a specific region, such as Vietnam, Ukrainian territories, the Ardennes, etc.
If you tell us what you already have, we will omit them from our proposal to best match you with an offer.
For example: Wash for tanks in panzer grey, or for camouflage xyz.
State how much you want and can spend so that we can match the offer as best as possible. Don’t forget to specify the currency. We do not impose any required amount, we will try to match and narrow down the offer to the amount (or range) you specify.

Wondering about shipping costs? No worries! You can always check the current cost in your shopping cart. For postal shipping, the cost might depend on the weight of your order (with fixed rates for EU courier deliveries). Just add products to your cart, head over to checkout, and you’ll see all the available shipping options for your location and their prices.

Our team is quick to process your orders—usually within 24 hours—and then hand them over to the courier. While we do our best to stick to this timeline, sometimes there may be minor delays due to unexpected situations or a high volume of orders. If you add items marked ‘on backorder,’ these need a little more time to produce, but we aim to complete it within a few working days. You’ll find more details in the next tab.


Here are some average delivery times based on our experience:

  • USA: 9 days
  • Canada: 14 days
  • France: 5 days
  • United Kingdom: 7-21 days (due to customs clearance, this varies a lot, but it’s out of our hands)
  • Germany: 3 days
  • Czech Republic: 3 days
  • Japan: 18 days

We’re proud to offer international shipping and send packages to different parts of the world every day. By default, our store is set to ship to European countries, North America, and Australia—where most of our customers are located.
If you’re from a more unique or remote region and don’t see your country in the address list at checkout, no worries! Just reach out to us, and we’ll check if we can arrange shipping for you, along with the cost. We’re always happy to help! 😉

Stripe offers various country-specific payment methods, including credit/debit cards, online bank transfers, and Apple or Google payments, all displayed conveniently at checkout. PayPal also allows for easy card payments, even if you don’t have a PayPal account.
We believe in making sure everyone’s included, so you can shop with confidence knowing all your payment information is securely processed.

When you see this status, it means we’re temporarily out of stock, but don’t worry! Since we produce our own products, you can still place an order. The ‘1-10 working days’ estimate means we’ll typically have it ready within 2 weeks, but it usually only takes 2-4 working days. If you need an exact time, just drop us a line using the form—we’ll be happy to check and let you know when your order will be ready.

We totally get how frustrating it can be to receive a damaged package—trust us, we’re customers of other stores too! That’s why at Modellers World, Michał goes the extra mile to protect your products. We don’t hold back on bubble wrap, and we pack everything in sturdy 5-layer cardboard boxes.
But, if by some rare chance, the package gets damaged during transit or something leaks from a bottle, don’t worry! Just take a quick photo and email it to us. We’ll either send you a replacement or refund your money—no need for lengthy claim forms.
And don’t forget, if the purchase isn’t quite what you expected, you’ve got 30 days to return it, (unused products only). Just send it back to us using the cheapest shipping method, and we’ll take care of the rest!
