WHAT IS THE SHIPPING COST?
Rest assured, you can always check the current cost in the shopping cart, which for the postal shipping option may depend on the weight of the order (EU by courier is fixed). After adding products, simply go to the shopping cart to see the current list of available shipping methods for your address and their prices.
HOW CAN I PAY?
Our store supports the most well-known and trusted payment gateways: STRIPE and PAYPAL.
Stripe offers various country-specific payment options, including credit/payment cards, online bank forms, and Apple or Google payments. All these options are conveniently listed on the order page. PayPal, in addition to paying with your account, also offers card payment for everyone.
We value your diversity and ensure everyone is included in our payment options. Rest assured, all transactions in our store are securely processed, ensuring the safety of your financial information.
HOW LONG WILL I HAVE TO WAIT FOR MY ORDER?
Our team is dedicated to processing orders promptly, typically within 24 hours, and forwarding them to the courier. While we strive to maintain this timeline, occasional unexpected situations or a high volume of orders may cause slight delays. The only exception to this is when you add 'on backorder' products to your cart, which requires us to produce a new batch. In such cases, we aim to complete this process within a few working days. More details on this can be found in the next tab.
Average shipping times, according to our experience so far are, for example:
USA: 9 days
Canada: 14 days
France: 5 days
United Kingdom: 7-21 days (the time varies a lot due to the unknown rules of performing customs clearance at the border on the UK side. We have no control over this).
Germany: 3 days
Czech Republic: 3 days
Japan: 18 days
Once your order is processed, you will receive a tracking link. This link will allow you to monitor the status of your delivery at your convenience. If you prefer, you can always reach out to us through one of the forms on our site, and we will be more than happy to assist you in tracking your package.
PRODUCTS ON BACKORDER: + 1-10 DAYS
When you see this status next to a product, it means that we do not have it in stock at the moment. Since we produce our own assortment, we allow you to conditionally order it. 1-10 (working days) means that we declare to prepare it within 2 weeks; usually, it takes 2-4 working days. If you need an exact time, please write to us through the form. We will check and let you know when we can prepare it.
PRODUCT FILTERING
To make your product selection process more efficient, you can use the filters and matches located on the left side of the page on PCs and in the drop-down menu at the top on smartphones. After making your selections, you can confirm them by clicking the APPLY button. If you need to start over, you can use the RESET button to clear all filters and matches.
To keep the filters after entering a product (which is worth doing since there is a broad description there), go back using the undo method in the browser; when refreshing, the entire store tab will remove the filters.
